BandSculpt is a mixed-level barre class utilizing resistance bands to add a unique element of challenge to classic barre exercises. Whether for added resistance or stability, loop bands. and long bands add functional training to your class.

Exhale Booking Policy We’re honored you’re choosing to invest in yourself at Exhale! To help us serve each woman well and keep our schedule flowing smoothly, please review our booking policy: • All purchases are nonrefundable, including drop-ins, class packs, memberships, and Exhale Kids. • Cancellations: Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Late cancellations/no-shows: Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice or missed sessions will incur a $5 nonrefundable fee. • Class packs: Class packs must be used within their stated expiration period and cannot be extended if unused.
